Eggplant lasagne: delicious and very easy to make; in place of the pasta, sliced aubergines

Preparation: 45 minutes

Ingredients Eggplant lasagne

2 medium eggplants peeled and thinly sliced lengthwise

1 chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 cans of tomato sauce ready

200 g of ham

200 g of mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons oil


1 In a pan, put the oil and brown the onion with the garlic

2 Add the 2 cans of sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper

3 When the sauce boils, add the eggplant slices to the little ones to cook them lightly

4 Then, alternate in a way the slices of eggplant, the sauce, the ham and the mozzarella

5 Repeat the procedure and finish with cheese and sauce

6 Place the preheated oven at 200º C for 25 minutes
